I created Second Chaptter from a place I know deeply — the quiet loss of confidence that comes when your body changes and your wardrobe no longer feels like yours. After 27 years in the corporate world, I returned to my first love — fashion and styling — with a purpose that felt bigger than clothes.

I wanted to help women feel like themselves again, especially in the moments that matter most. A wedding. A milestone celebration. A family gathering. These are the moments you want to feel beautiful, present, and celebrated.

I stand for the woman navigating change — through motherhood, hormonal transitions, caregiving, or personal transformation — who still deserves to walk into a room with grace and quiet confidence. Because confidence in occasion wear is not vanity. It is self-respect.

Though I have always been a keen student of fashion and personal style, since 2025 I have further deepened my understanding through professional certifications and specialised study in areas such as personal styling, colour analysis, body-conscious dressing, and fashion-led client consulting.

Getting Started

Everything starts with a free 15-minute Discovery Call. You share your occasion, concerns, and body comfort zones, and I give you immediate clarity on what approach will work best for you. No obligation, no pressure.

For milestone events and custom outfits, 6 to 8 weeks is ideal. For wedding guest styling or single-event packages, 4 weeks works well. For last-minute requests, please reach out. Depending on availability, it may still be possible.

The process is warm, private, and judgment-free. You do not need to know anything about fashion. I ask questions about your body comfort, occasion, lifestyle, and what you love or dislike, then build a look that is personalized for you.

Not necessarily, but it helps. During the discovery call, I understand your occasion and comfort level with spending so I can tailor recommendations accordingly, from accessible Indian brands to designer options.

About the Service

It means your look is designed around the body you have now, not a size you are working toward or a silhouette from years ago. I focus on what genuinely flatters your frame, proportions, and comfort level today.

Second Chaptter is specifically designed for women in their 35+ chapter of life, navigating body changes through motherhood, hormonal shifts, or life transitions. If the philosophy resonates with you, do reach out. I have styled girls and women ranging from age 8 to 80.

Absolutely. The Women of the House and Guest Edit packages can be adapted for multi-event styling across a wedding weekend. Mention this during your discovery call and a custom scope can be put together for you.

Currently, Second Chaptter focuses on women, and younger women are welcome too. Men's styling is not within the current service scope.

In-Person vs. Virtual

No. Virtual Style Sessions are available across India and internationally. I work remotely with clients in cities such as Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Raipur, Indore, Dubai, London, and New York. If needed, I can travel based on the selected package. Travel arrangements and costs are borne by the client.

In-person sessions can include store accompaniment, in-person try-ons, and tailor visits. Virtual sessions happen over video call with the same quality of guidance, and mood boards, shopping links, and written styling notes are shared digitally.

Absolutely. Select packages include in-store accompaniment, as noted in package details. I support clients across India and globally, and I am happy to assist your shopping experience in person where applicable.

Indian and Ethnic Styling

Yes. The Ethnic Elegance Refined package is designed for this. I diagnose what is not working in the silhouette and create a detailed tailor brief to rework the garment so it flatters your body beautifully.

Absolutely. Most packages support Indian, Western, or Indo-Western looks depending on your event and preference. This is discussed during the discovery call.

For Mumbai clients, Pinkky Arora can coordinate with trusted tailors as part of select packages. If you prefer your own tailor, a written brief can be provided. For other cities, she provides detailed tailor briefs you can take to a tailor of your choice.

Practical and Pricing

Every occasion, body type, and styling requirement is different, so each package is custom scoped. Pricing is confirmed transparently after your discovery call once the right package is identified. There are no surprises.

Packages vary based on scope and complexity. The Discovery Call is complimentary. During the call, Pinkky Arora shares the appropriate package recommendation and confirmed pricing before you commit.

There is no catch. It is a genuine 15-minute conversation to understand your occasion and give immediate styling direction, whether or not you choose to book a package. No strings attached and no pressure to sign up.

Rescheduling is accommodated where possible with at least one day of advance notice. The service follows a no-refund policy.
